As a result of monitoring, it was found that some employment organizations were attracting Kyrgyz citizens to work in Turkey by providing false information.
In particular, when submitting documents for obtaining permits to the relevant state authority, information that did not correspond to reality was presented. There was a lack of information about actual cooperation with receiving organizations in Turkey (employers or foreign intermediaries).
“These actions contradict the requirements of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the aforementioned regulation. This is grounds for the temporary suspension of permits if the sender provides documents with false information,” the Employment Center clarified.
Based on the identified violations and in accordance with current legislation, the permits for the following companies have been temporarily suspended:
- LLC “Golden Work & Travel”;
- LLC “Iris Travel”;
- LLC “Ramai-Sayakat”;
- LLC “Aska-Travel”.
The suspension will remain in effect until the reasons for the violations are eliminated in accordance with established procedures.
As a result of the monitoring, reports on the identified violations concerning the mentioned companies were compiled.
Based on these reports, notifications regarding the identified facts and requirements for their elimination will be sent to the respective companies within the timeframes stipulated by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Employment Center for Citizens Abroad reminds that providing false data when obtaining permits and non-compliance with legislation in the field of external labor migration may lead to liability, including the suspension or cancellation of permits.
The Center will continue its work to monitor the activities of organizations to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Kyrgyz citizens going abroad for labor activities.
