During monitoring, it was found that a number of companies recruiting citizens of Kyrgyzstan for work in Turkey provided false information.
Specifically, when submitting documents for obtaining work permits outside the country, papers with false information were presented to the authorized bodies. They lacked data on actual cooperation with employers or intermediary organizations in Turkey.
As a result of the identified violations, the following companies have been suspended:
- LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
- LLC "Ayris Travel";
- LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
- LLC "Aska-Travel".
The validity of the permits will be restored only after the complete elimination of all identified violations in the established manner.
The Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad emphasizes that providing false information when obtaining a permit, as well as non-compliance with legislation in the field of external labor migration, may result in liability, including the suspension or cancellation of permits.
