The Center's message notes that during the verification process, it was discovered that some companies provided false information when obtaining work permits abroad. In particular, there was a lack of information about actual cooperation with the receiving party in Turkey — the employer or foreign intermediary.
“These actions violate the requirements of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the current Regulation, according to which the basis for suspending the permit is the discovery of facts of providing false data,” commented the situation at the Employment Center.
As a result of the identified violations and in accordance with the norms of legislation, the action of work permits for citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Turkey has been temporarily suspended for the following companies:
LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
LLC "Iris Travel";
LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
LLC "Aska-Travel";
The suspension will remain in effect until the reasons for the violations are eliminated in the established manner.
As a result of the monitoring, acts of identified violations were drawn up regarding the mentioned companies.
Based on these acts, a written notification will be sent to the mentioned LLCs with a detailed description of the violations and requirements for their elimination in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad reminds that providing false information when obtaining a permit, as well as non-compliance with the requirements of legislation on external labor migration, may entail liability, including the suspension and annulment of permits.
The Center will continue its work to monitor the activities of companies to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Kyrgyzstan going abroad for work.
