The State Financial Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic has suspended the licenses of several operators engaged in the exchange of virtual assets. This information was published on the official website of the agency.
The reason for the license revocation was violations related to the Law "On Virtual Assets" and the rules concerning the activities of virtual asset exchange operators, as well as the maintenance of the Register of such operators.
According to the order of the State Financial Supervision issued on December 29, 2025, licenses were revoked from the following companies: According to the legislation, both legal entities and individuals must:
1) comply with the requirements established for the circulation of virtual assets;
2) provide monthly reports on transactions conducted with virtual assets;
3) regularly, once a quarter, submit financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS to the authorized body.
Additionally, due to the identified violations, as of December 29, the license of the company OsOO "GedEds Crypto" has been suspended.
