The Ministry reports that non-compliance with construction legislation and safety standards was recorded in more than ten blocks of the facility. Additionally, it was established that the company used the services of private laboratories to monitor certain stages of construction, while some blocks were illegally handed over for use by shareholders.
As a result of the inspection, fines were imposed on the company "Aalam Stroy" for each of the blocks, and protocols were drawn up. Due to the violations, construction work at the site has been suspended, and the issue of suspending the license will be submitted for consideration by the commission.
The Minister also ordered laboratory tests on construction quality to be conducted with the involvement of the Republican Certification Center. Further measures will be taken based on the results of these studies.
Oruntaev emphasized that strict measures will also be applied to responsible employees of institutions under the ministry's jurisdiction.
The total amount of imposed fines amounted to 3 million soms.
