The Bishkek City Hall announced the results of the inspection conducted at school No. 87.
The Department of Education reported the establishment of a special commission to investigate the incident that occurred at this school. During the inspection, serious violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic were identified, including the Code "On Children," the Law "On Education," and the Model Regulation "On Educational Organizations," as well as the norms of professional ethics for educators.
The identified violations negatively affected the rights and legitimate interests of the minor student, which is unacceptable.
As a result of the commission's work, the school principal was subjected to disciplinary action, and the teacher was dismissed from their position in accordance with established procedures.
The city hall noted that issues related to the protection of children's rights and their safety are under constant control of the Department of Education of Bishkek.
