According to available data, his condition was checked that day, and the fact of intoxication was recorded by a medical examination conducted around 12:00 PM on December 18, 2025. After the examination, the doctors concluded that he was in a state of acute alcohol intoxication.
As reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Osh Region, an internal investigation was initiated by the internal investigation service regarding this incident. A legal assessment of the situation will be provided based on the results of the investigation.
In accordance with the law "On Internal Affairs Bodies" and the disciplinary charter, if an employee arrives at work in a state of alcohol intoxication, as confirmed by a medical examination, he is subject to immediate temporary suspension from his duties. Such actions are classified as a serious disciplinary violation and are grounds for conducting an official investigation, as stated in the official message.
