According to information from law enforcement agencies, the woman has alcohol problems
As reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, an alert was received on the emergency service phone 102 from residents of the "Umут" district. They reported that a citizen, S.K., born in 2000, who cares for four young children, including a newborn from 2025, regularly abuses alcohol. Neighbors also noted that the children are left without proper supervision and nutrition. Furthermore, the woman behaves aggressively and causes scandals while under the influence of alcohol.
Upon arrival at the scene, police confirmed the received information. In order to protect the health and lives of the minors, the children were taken away and placed in specialized institutions with all necessary safety measures, according to the official statement.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek reminds that domestic violence, child abuse, and leaving children unsupervised are unacceptable and may lead to criminal liability.
“We urge citizens to immediately report to the internal affairs authorities at the number ‘102’ if they encounter similar situations or threats to the life and health of children. Your active stance can save those who cannot protect themselves,” the police appeal to the public.
