According to information from the ministry's press service, serious violations were identified during the construction of a residential complex on Ankara Street. The construction is being carried out by the company "Aalam Stroy".
During the inspection, violations of construction standards and safety regulations were discovered. Additionally, it was found that the company used the services of private laboratories for some stages of construction and illegally transferred part of the blocks to the shareholders.
As a result of the inspection, fines totaling 3 million soms were imposed on the company, and work at the construction site was suspended. The issue of suspending the company's license will be reviewed by the commission.
Nurdin Oruntaev instructed to conduct a laboratory analysis of the quality of construction with the participation of the Republican Center for Certification in Construction. Based on the results obtained, further measures will be developed.
Furthermore, the minister emphasized that strict measures will be applied to the responsible employees of the department.
