As a result of violations at construction sites, two inspectors were dismissed. This information was announced on January 19 at a meeting held by the Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev.
According to the press service of the ministry, the meeting took place with employees of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control and its territorial administrations. The results of raids conducted on January 17 and 18 were discussed.
During the two-day inspection, an assessment of the inspectors' work was conducted. As a result of this inspection, two inspectors were removed from their positions for improper performance of their duties.
The minister instructed the heads of the Departments to strengthen control over construction sites, eliminate violations of legislation, and increase the accountability of employees. He emphasized the need to ensure legality in the conduct of construction work, the correctness of permitting documentation, and strict adherence to construction norms and rules.
It was also reported that on January 17 and 18, the minister personally inspected several construction sites in the capital. He instructed all inspectors across the country to intensify raid activities, which implies the continuation of inspections even on weekends.
