In the Chui region, on the territory of two rural administrations — Abdykerim Sydykov and Dostuk, a meeting was held, conducted by Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry. Local activists, council deputies, and representatives of self-government bodies participated in it.
During the discussion, as reported by the department, the emphasis was placed on the need to expedite the process of preparing documents for the design of water supply systems in villages. The main goal of these efforts is to implement modern water supply methods and ensure the population has access to clean drinking water.
The minister emphasized that the preparation of documentation must be done efficiently and on time, as access to clean water is a priority direction of state policy aimed at regional development and improving the quality of life of citizens.
The department responsible for the development of water supply and drainage will assist in creating technical specifications.
Bakyt Torobaev gave clear instructions to simplify the process of collecting documentation from local rural administrations and called on local self-government bodies for active cooperation and prompt resolution of emerging issues.
