Deputy Prime Minister Bakyt Torobaev announced the formation of a special working group aimed at restoring the operation of the Mailuu-Suu lamp factory. As part of this initiative, an analysis will be conducted to explore opportunities for diversifying production and opening new directions. Additionally, as noted by Torobaev, the factory workers will receive their full salaries until the end of January 2026, according to information from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Cabinet of Ministers reported that the Accounts Chamber will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise to improve management.

Moreover, Bakyt Torobaev emphasized that the production of incandescent lamps at the factory will be discontinued, as this product is no longer relevant on the international stage.

Currently, the Mailuu-Suu factory is producing various glass products, such as glass containers, bottles, jars, and LED lamps.

Reference information: the factory, located in the city of Mailuu-Suu in the Jalal-Abad region, was founded and put into operation in 1964. Throughout its history, it has repeatedly changed its organizational and legal form, starting from a state enterprise and ending with a joint-stock company and a limited liability company.
