The deputy head of the representative office, Nurlan Ermatov, held a meeting with the factory workers and management, where he discussed the current situation at the enterprise. He reported that the government is working on the issue of repaying the salary arrears that employees have not received for the past three months. Payments are expected to begin in 2026.
In addition, the government is actively seeking an investor for the factory, and for the time being, while the enterprise's operations are not resumed, 550 employees will be on unpaid leave.
Ermatov also listened to the complaints of the workforce and assured that every effort is being made to resolve the issues that have arisen.
