The Central Election Commission (CEC) has decided to prematurely terminate the powers of several deputies of local councils. According to information from the CEC, decisions from a number of territorial election commissions have been approved, including those from Sokuluk, Jaiyl, Mailuu-Suu, Toguz-Torou, Kara-Kul, Aitmatov, and Leilek.
Among the decisions made:
- Almarsbek uulu Nurmukhammed, a deputy of the Gavrilovka village council in the Sokuluk district of Chui region, voluntarily resigned from his position. The vacant mandate was transferred to Sergey Mikhailovich Redchits, the next candidate with the highest number of votes. - The powers of Mirlanbek Saparaievich Toktaliev, a deputy of the Mailuu-Suu city council in Jalal-Abad region (the "Yntymak" faction), were also terminated based on his application.
- In the Toguz-Torou district of Jalal-Abad region, the powers of Syrgaka Kattoobekov, a deputy of the Atai village council, were terminated at his personal request. The mandate was transferred to Stalbek Medetbekovich Topoev, who received the highest number of votes.
- Kadyirbek Dooronkulovich Batyrkulov, a deputy of the Kara-Kul city council in Jalal-Abad region (the "Yntymak" faction), also voluntarily resigned, and his mandate was transferred to Ulan Abdimanapovich Moldobaev from the party lists.
- Another deputy of the Kara-Kul city council, Egemen Toktomushevich Toktomushev (the "Zhańy Kyrgyzstan" faction), also resigned. The vacancy was transferred to Nurzhigit Kochorbekovich Ibraimov.
- The powers of Kubanychbek Seydaly uulu, a deputy of the Cholponbay village council in the Aitmatov district of Talas region, were terminated at his request. The mandate was transferred to Ilyas Ooganovich Torokulov, who became the next candidate with the highest number of votes.
- In Batken region, the powers of Tair Narbutaevich Jooshbaev, a deputy of the Razzakov city council (the "Adilet" faction), were terminated based on his application, and the mandate was transferred to Utkirbek Ustababaevich Akbarov from the party list.
- In the Jaiyl district of Chui region, due to death, the powers of Zarina Jekshenovna Teseakbaeva, a deputy of the Ak-Bashat village council, were terminated, and her mandate was transferred to Mukhamedali Bayyshbek uulu.
Additionally, based on a personal statement, a decision was made to exclude Zhoomartbek uulu Akjol, a registered candidate for deputy of the Gavrilovka village council in the Sokuluk district of Chui region, from the list of candidates.
