The repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for district No. 13 are scheduled for March 1, 2026. This decision was made at a recent meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC).

The early elections held on November 30 covered the entire country, divided into 30 districts, each electing three deputies. However, on December 3, the CEC declared the elections in district No. 13 invalid due to numerous violations. An inspection revealed that at 35 polling stations, representatives of candidates were installing cameras, which created pressure on voters and violated the secrecy of the ballot.

In district No. 13, there were 94 polling stations, and the winners of the voting were Baktybek Sydykov, Aibek Altynbekov, and Aigul Karabekova. All candidates who participated in the elections in this district will not be able to participate again.

Among the participants in the elections were:
1. Saidulla Nyshanov
2. Talant Mamytov
3. Nurlanbek Kenzhebaev
4. Zhanibek Kurbanaliev
5. Gulnaz Zheenbekova
6. Munara Mamatalieva
7. Chinara Juraeva
8. Meykinbek Abdaliev
9. Aigul Karabekova
10. Aibek Saipov
11. Gulnaz Nurbaeva
12. Olmaskan Sultanova
13. Aibek Altynbekov
14. Baktybek Sydykov
The boundaries of district No. 13 encompass the city of Bazar-Korgon with polling stations No. 2423, No. 2428, No. 2140, No. 2141, as well as the rural districts of Keneshsky, Arstanbap-Atinsky, and Saydykumsky in their entirety. The district also includes the D. Sadyrbaevsky, E. Alievsky, and Mombekovsky rural districts, as well as the city of Kochkor-Ata from the Nooken district and the city of Mailuu-Suu.
Thus, the voting in Kyrgyzstan concluded on November 30, with 460 candidates participating.
