In Bishkek, the department responsible for state architectural and construction control is conducting inspections of construction sites located in the capital.
As a result of one of the inspections carried out at 10 Shaumyan Street, a facility was discovered that is being constructed without the necessary permits. As a consequence, administrative measures will be applied to the developer in accordance with current legislation, as reported by the Ministry of Construction.
The Ministry emphasizes the importance of strict adherence to construction norms and regulations established by law for all organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the construction sector. Special attention is paid to compliance with technical regulations and standards during construction work, which is critical for ensuring the safety of citizens.
It is also planned to continue raids to inspect construction sites across the country, including on weekends—Saturday and Sunday.
