Aigul Sultanalieva Appointed Head of the Education Department of the Moscow District

Aigul Sultanalieva, who previously held a position in the Panfilov District Department of Education, has been appointed as the head of the Education Department of the Moscow District. This appointment took place as part of a rotation.

On February 13, at the building of the district state administration, Akim Niyazbek Kozyuev introduced Aigul Sultanalieva to the staff of the department, as well as to the heads of institutions and rural administrations, in accordance with the official order.

Before her appointment, Aigul was led by Meirim Ashirbaeva, who had been in charge since November 2022 and was also transferred as part of the rotation to the Alamedin District, where she was given a ceremonial farewell. At the same meeting, Aigul Sultanalieva was awarded the badge of honor "Best Worker in Education and Science" from the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers.

Aigul Anarbekovna Sultanalieva was born on October 26, 1986, in the village of Kara-Archa, located in the Manas District of the Talas Region.

In 2010, she graduated from the Faculty of History of Talas State University.

Career

- 2009–2010 — teacher at the 3rd secondary school in the city of Kayindy;

- 2010–2014 — leading specialist in the Panfilov District Department of Education;

- 2014–2023 — chief specialist of the same department;

- 2023–2026 — head of the Panfilov District Department of Education;

Since February 13, 2026, she has held the position of head of the Education Department of the Moscow District of Chui Region.

- Honorary certificates from the Jogorku Kenesh and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Badge "Excellence in Education";

- Honorary certificates from the representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Chui Region, the regional methodological center, and the Panfilov District State Administration;

- Medals "Mother's Glory" and "For Provided Support" from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (2023);

- Jubilee medal "100 Years of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic" (2024);

- Order "National Pride" (2025).

Aigul is married and is a mother of six children.
