A New Head of the Education Department Introduced in the Jayil District

On February 12, a presentation of the new head of the district education department — Turum Satarbaevna Satarbaeva — took place in the Jayil district. This appointment was made as part of the rotation of leaders of educational institutions in the Chuy region.

Directors of public schools and heads of kindergartens from the district gathered in the assembly hall of secondary school No. 12 in the city of Kara-Balta. The event was attended by the deputy akim of the Jayil district, Gulzina Boobekova, and the deputy mayor of Kara-Balta, Akmatbek Kozhomkulov.

During the meeting, the attendees also bid farewell to Talantbek Kanalbekovich Arykov, who was appointed to a similar position in the Panfilov district. As a token of gratitude, he was presented with flowers and a wristwatch.

Turum Satarbaevna Satarbaeva, born on December 27, 1962, has significant experience in the field of education.

Education

She graduated from the Kyrgyz State University, obtaining a diploma in "Teacher of the Kyrgyz Language and Literature."

Career

- In 1983, Turum began her teaching career at the Naryn Vocational School as an instructor.

Throughout her career, she held positions as a labor and Kyrgyz language teacher, and also worked as a deputy and director of Novopavlovsk Secondary School-Gymnasium.

Since April 20, 2020, she has served as the head of the district education department in the Sokuluk district of the Chuy region.

In 2026, Turum Satarbaevna was appointed as the head of the Jayil district education department.

She is a native speaker of Kyrgyz and speaks Russian fluently.

Awards and Achievements

In 2006, she was awarded the title of "Excellence in Education" (Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic).

In 2012, she received the "Excellence in Municipal Service" medal. In 2018, she was honored with the title of "Best Leader of the Year" from the Congress of Teachers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the newspaper "Kyrgyz Flag," and was also recognized as the "Best Leader of 2018" by the MTRK "STV" and the newspaper "Kyrgyz Tuusu."

In 2020, Turum was awarded the "Kyrgyz Girl" medal and the "Kyrgyz Language" badge of honor from the National Commission on the State Language under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. She also received the "Best Leader" diploma from the Congress of Teachers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From 2021 to 2025, she was presented with various medals, letters of appreciation, and diplomas, including "Teacher of the Year," "Nasaatchy," and "Best Leader of the Year – 2025."

Honorary Certificates

She has received honorary certificates from the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic (2005), the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (2006), as well as from the Novopavlovsk Ayil Okmotu (2013), the Sokuluk District Department of Education, and the Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan (2015), among many other organizations.
