
Photo EEC. Ainura Usenbekova appointed Deputy Director of the EEC Department for Business Development
Ainura Usenbekova was born in 1984 in the Issyk-Kul region. She graduated from the Issyk-Kul State University named after Kasym Tynystanov in 2006, earning a degree in "Management in Tourism." In 2017, she also completed her master's degree at the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, specializing in "Public Administration."
Ainura began her career in 2005, working in the district state administration.
From 2010 to 2014, she held expert positions in the government apparatus and the presidential administration.
From 2014 to 2016, she headed the department for regulating licensing and permitting activities and analyzing regulatory impacts, and then became the head of the business regulation department at the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan.
From 2017 to 2018, Usenbekova worked as the Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Council for Business Development and Entrepreneurship under the Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh.
In 2018-2019, she was the project coordinator for "Strengthening Capacity for Sustainable Development Financing in the CIS Region" under the UN Development Program in Kyrgyzstan.
From 2019 to 2022, Usenbekova held the position of head of the development monitoring sector in the department of strategic development, economy, and finance policy, and then again became the Deputy Head of the Department of Strategic Development and Planning in the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2022 to 2025, she served as Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan.
It was previously reported that Almaz Davletov took the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Sanitary and Veterinary Measures at the EEC. Almaz Abdekirov was also appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Macroeconomic Policy in the same organization.
