Takeuchi Norihiko, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan, began his duties on December 10, 2025. For two years, he will provide consulting and analytical services to the National Investment Agency, including participating in the creation of the Investment Policy Development Strategy for the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030.
Born in 1969, Takeuchi Norihiko has significant experience in corporate governance and international investments. In 1994, he graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, focusing on management and policy.
In his career, he held the position of General Manager of the Investment Department and the Business Support Department at Bokd Investment Co., Ltd. His work involved managing both domestic and international investments, as well as providing strategic support to companies within the investment portfolio.
Previously, Norihiko worked at Otsuka Techno Corporation, where he held positions as Director of Corporate Planning and General Manager of Business Development. During this period, he was responsible for establishing partnerships both in Japan and abroad, as well as implementing investment projects in the technology sector, which is part of the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group.
