Davletov, born in 1987, holds two master's degrees. In 2013, he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn with a degree in "Law". Later, in 2021, he received his education at Wageningen University (Netherlands), specializing in "Food Safety" with a focus on "Food Law and Food Regulation".
In his professional career, Almaz Davletov has dealt with regulatory and expert support in the field of food safety and compliance with legislative norms.
He began his work at the Eurasian Economic Commission on January 12, 2026.
