Aizat Turarovna Doseeva has been appointed as the head of the rural administration in Ak-Moyun, located in the At-Bashinsky district of the Naryn region.

The corresponding order was signed on January 19, 2026, by the leadership of the At-Bashinsky District State Administration.

Doseeva was born on April 7, 1985, in the village of Choloq-Kayin, which is in the Ak-Talinsky district of the Naryn region. Currently, her place of residence is the village of Ak-Muz, located in the At-Bashinsky district.

Education

From 2004 to 2010, she studied at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev, earning a degree in "journalism."

Professional Path

- From 2014 to 2016, she served as the acting head of the S. Abdybekova Library in the Ak-Muz rural administration and also worked as a military accounting specialist.

- From 2016 to 2019, she was a leading specialist in statistical information in the Ak-Muz rural administration.

- From 2019 to 2023, she performed the functions of a specialist in attracting investments and public procurement in the same rural administration.

- In 2023-2024, she fulfilled the duties of the chief specialist for collecting statistical data and working with projects in the Ak-Moyun rural administration.

- In 2024-2025, she held the position of leading specialist in the field of attracting investments and public procurement in the Ak-Moyun rural administration.

- Since 2025, she has been working as the head of the socio-economic department.

She is married and is the mother of five children.
