The new heroine of the "Жеңеке" column is Manuela Sapintaeva, representing the Chuy region.
She was awarded the title of "Super Kelin" at the "Shayir Jener" competition, which took place in the rural area of Nurmanbet in the Issyk-Ata district.
About her life and family
Manuela was born on May 28, 2004, in the village of Semetey, located in the Manas district of the Talas region. Her parents are teachers. She is the second of five children in the family: she has an older brother and three younger sisters. Manuela's name was given to her by her maternal grandmother, and it means God's support. In the same year of 2004, a film with a similar title was released, which inspired her grandmother to choose this name, hoping that her granddaughter would possess the character of the main heroine.
Family life
Manuela got married less than a year ago, on September 25, 2024, to Ermek Asanbekov, who was born on March 20, 2003, in the village of Krasnaya Rechka in the Issyk-Ata district. She is currently expecting a child, being in her seventh month of pregnancy. Manuela values her husband's constant support, responsibility, and caring attitude.
They met at a major retail chain where she worked as a senior cashier during her internship in accounting, while Ermek was a foreman in the bakery department. After a short dating period of only 4-5 months, they decided to get married. Manuela was impressed by his serious approach to life and agreed to the marriage. After the wedding, their relationship only strengthened, and they strive to support each other in solving emerging problems together.
Music and education
Manuela completed her education at Pokrovskaya Secondary School in Talas and also studied for seven years at the Bakai Tashiev Music School, where she learned choreography and how to play the komuz, piano, and oozy komuz. In 2024, she graduated from a financial and economic college and worked as an assistant and accountant at a training center. Currently, Manuela teaches how to play the komuz at the school in the village of Krasnaya Rechka.
Participation in the "Super Jener" competition
Manuela prepared for the "Super Jener" competition for two weeks. This was her first experience participating in such an event, and she felt nervous. She carefully planned and rehearsed each performance. Since early childhood, she has performed on stage, engaging in singing, dancing, and playing various instruments, including the komuz and piano. Manuela has achieved success in various competitions—from school to international levels—which greatly helped her in her preparation.
Dreams and hobbies
Manuela dreams of starting her own business that will produce useful products for export and contribute to the country's development. She also wants to provide assistance to mosques, orphanages, and nursing homes. Her passion is playing the komuz, which she has been accustomed to since childhood, as her father raised her to the sounds of this instrument. In her free time, she prefers to spend time outdoors, read books, and plan her personal development.
