Requirements for candidates:
1. The candidate must be a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and have a valid passport.
2. A written recommendation is required from experienced administrators or leaders who have worked in this field for at least three years, as well as from the dean of the faculty or employer.
3. Candidates must be aged between 20 and 45 years. They should be prepared for a 10-hour workday, demonstrating energy and stress resilience. The testing will be conducted in two shifts, with working hours from 07:00 to 19:00, so it is important that administrators are physically healthy and resilient, with no medical contraindications (including pregnancy).
4. Principles of honesty, fairness, and integrity.
5. Good diction and a loud voice: the administrator will announce instructions in a classroom of up to 100 applicants, and all present must be able to hear them.
6. Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages is mandatory, as instructions will be provided in both languages.
7. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Each administrator must report to the team leader. There will be 2 to 4 administrators working in the classrooms, which requires coordination of actions.
8. Initiative and the ability to solve non-standard tasks. Unforeseen circumstances may arise during the test, and the administrator must be ready to resolve them and take initiative when necessary.
9. Maintaining discipline in the classroom. The administrator is responsible for ensuring order so that applicants can focus on the test, while also being strict enough to prevent violations.
10. No relatives among the test participants. To avoid conflicts of interest, the administrator must not have relatives taking the test. If there are any, it is necessary to notify the Center for Assessment in Education and Learning Methods in writing.
11. Willingness to be released from work for several days. Testing will take place in each district over two days, and prior to this, administrators must undergo special training.
12. Ability to travel to regions for conducting the test. Administrators may be sent to remote regions for testing, which is scheduled for the second half of May.

Selected administrators will undergo a one-day training in May 2026 after an interview and two selection stages.
Experienced administrators who have worked on the National Testing from 2002 to 2025 can confirm their participation by April 12.
