“Last year was marked by a water pipeline burst. 'Bishkekvodokanal' carried out the work but left deep holes that fill with dirt and water. Yesterday, one car got stuck here, and people started placing stones to avoid such incidents. The dirt has filled the entire road, and one of the holes is about 30 centimeters deep. The earth was removed, but no one has come to fill it back in,” he shared.
In response to the complaints, Kaktus.media was informed by the city hall that restoration work was recently carried out in this area by specialists from the Municipal Enterprise 'Bishkekvodokanal'.
Furthermore, the administration added that this section of the road is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. Nevertheless, the repair will be carried out jointly by the Sverdlovsk administration and the Municipal Enterprise 'Bishkekvodokanal', the city hall explained.
