At the meeting, Minister of Transport and Communications Absattar Syrgabaev, along with other representatives of the ministry, presented information about the project's goals, technical specifications, and implementation stages. The length of the new four-lane highway will be 17 kilometers, starting from the intersection of the Northern Bypass Road of Bishkek with the Young Guard Avenue. The project includes a two-level transport interchange, lighting systems, and landscaping.
The Ministry of Transport added that research and design work is planned to be conducted in the near future.
Additionally, the construction of a two-lane road and a bridge 8.7 kilometers long, connecting the villages of Mramornoye and Vinogradnoye, is also being considered in the Chuy region.

An alternative road may be built to the "Manas" airport.
The ministry noted that this project aims to reduce traffic congestion, ensure road safety, improve infrastructure, and develop interregional connections.
