The working group is tasked with the following objectives within two months:
- to conduct an analysis and verification of the reports from the appraisal company;
- to ensure coordination among all involved agencies for determining compensations and interacting with contractors and owners;
- to ensure comprehensive actions for compensating property owners;
- to resolve issues related to expropriated or affected property.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic has been appointed as the secretariat of the working group, tasked with organizational and technical support, as well as oversight of the implementation of decisions made. The working group has the authority to engage experts, request necessary information, and conduct field visits for assessments and evaluations. The decisions made by the group are mandatory for all involved state bodies and organizations.
The group is led by the Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Composition of the working group:
The Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, who is also the group leader;
The First Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn Region, Deputy Head of the group;
The Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Jalal-Abad Region, Deputy Head of the interdepartmental commission.
