Logistics routes through Kyrgyzstan will be reduced by 900 km after the launch of the China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan railway.

- With the launch of the China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan railway, a reduction in the length of logistics routes by approximately 900 km is expected, which will significantly enhance the country's transit capabilities. This was reported on the radio by the director of the Institute of Economics and Management of KSU named after I. Arabayev, Maksatbek Koichumanov.

According to him, a transshipment base is planned to be created in Kyrgyzstan, in the Kazarman area, along with the development of a large transport and logistics infrastructure.

Moreover, he noted that the implementation of this project will lead to the creation of new jobs and will ensure significant revenue to the budget of Kyrgyzstan through transit transportation. The expert believes that this project will become one of the key factors for the socio-economic progress of the country.
