Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Choro Seitov emphasized that the proposed changes are aimed at improving the provision of state and municipal services. One of the key aspects is the abolition of the mandatory approval of administrative regulations for each service.
During the discussion, Deputy Karim Khandzheza expressed concern about this provision and inquired how the absence of administrative regulations would affect the quality of services for citizens.
The Deputy Minister assured that the abandonment of regulations would allow for more efficient resource allocation between state bodies and local self-government bodies, which would not negatively impact the quality of services provided.
