The legislative project has received approval from the relevant committee of the Jogorku Kenesh at the third stage of consideration
At the third reading, the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with labor, health, women's rights, and social issues, supported the bill concerning amendments to the Law "On Medical Insurance for Citizens."
According to the new document, medical institutions will be required to provide insured citizens with detailed information about the medical services they can receive under the state guarantee program, as well as the conditions and quality of these services. This will help patients better understand their rights and prevent unjustified expenses.
The authors of the initiative believe that these changes will make the healthcare system more transparent and understandable for citizens, as well as increase the accountability of medical institutions.
