Dai Daogo is listed as the head of the company, and its founders are "Jyunxin Environmental Protection Corporation (Hong Kong) International Limited" and the limited liability company "Hunan Jyunxin Huanbao."
- On October 25, during a working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, the head of the Cabinet attended the ceremony of laying the capsule for a new solid waste recycling plant. He noted that the Chinese company "Hunan Jyunxin Huanbao," together with Kyrgyz partners, plans to implement three projects for electricity production through waste recycling in Bishkek, Osh, and the Issyk-Kul region. As part of the first phase, technological power plants will be built in the Ak-Suu district and the city of Balykchy, which will be able to process up to 600 tons of waste per day. The total investment amount at this stage of the project will be approximately 140 million US dollars.
