According to the information, the case involved the collection of child support from citizen D.E. in favor of B.E. for the maintenance of three minor children — A., A., and A. — until they reach 18 years of age.
Delayed payments led to the accumulation of child support debts; however, thanks to the measures taken, the debt was successfully collected and transferred to the claimant.
It should be noted that as of the end of 2025, there are 1,205 individuals wanted in Kyrgyzstan for evading child support payments.
