The press service of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that the deadline for submitting applications for the transition to a single tax for Kyrgyz citizens working outside the country has been extended to March 1, 2026.
Starting from January 1, 2026, all taxpayers planning to conduct their activities abroad will be required to apply a simplified taxation system with a single tax rate of 0.1%.
To take advantage of this tax system, it was necessary to submit the corresponding application to the tax authorities at the place of registration by February 1, 2026.
Considering the appeals from citizens, the tax service has decided to extend the deadline for submitting applications to March 1, 2026.
The tax service strongly urges all taxpayers to contact their local tax authorities and submit an application for the transition to a special tax regime using the single tax.
