By 2026, more than 228 thousand pensioners received payments from the accumulation fund

As of January 1, 2026, more than 228 thousand pensioners received payments from the State Accumulation Pension Fund (GNPF), with a total amount exceeding 6 billion soms. The Social Fund is actively working on developing methods for utilizing the resources of this fund.

The main areas in which payments were made include:

• Housing issues: more than 8.8 thousand citizens used their savings to pay off mortgages, shared construction, or rent housing through the GIC, totaling about 2 billion soms;
• Medical needs: 809 people received funds for the treatment of serious illnesses, with the total amount of payments being 132.3 million soms;
• Support for the unemployed: 322 individuals officially registered as unemployed also received payments;
• Investment income: in 2025, income from investing GNPF funds in government services, deposits, and shares reached 6 billion 734.2 million soms, contributing to the preservation and increase of citizens' savings.
