He noted that more than 18,200 students are enrolled in this system of the Ministry of Culture.
“We would like to highlight one example that has become an important step towards significant changes: students from the directing and acting department of the theater faculty at the National University of Culture and Arts named after B. Beishenaliev are continuing their education not within the walls of the university, but in institutions where their mentors—renowned directors and leaders—work,” Nadyrbekov added.
The students were sent to the following theaters:
- National Dramatic Theater of the Osh Region named after S. Ibragimov
- Children's Theater named after B. Kydykeeva
- Chui Regional Satirical and Dramatic Theater named after Sh. Termichikov
In addition, Nadyrbekov mentioned competitions, opportunities for studying abroad, and experience exchange between students and teachers of educational institutions under the Ministry of Culture:
- XXI competition-review “Zhas Kerbez”;
- II International Festival “Vivat, Royal!”;
- 22 students from Kyrgyzstan completed their studies at the M. Shchepkin Higher Theater Institute in Moscow;
- Teachers underwent short-term courses and exchanged experiences in cultural institutions and educational establishments in Istanbul, focusing on the fields of culture and art.
