The winners of the British Academy Film Awards have been announced. A film about Putin is among them.

The 79th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) ceremony took place in London, where the film "Battle for Battle" won six awards, including the title of "Best Film."

Director Paul Thomas Anderson and actor Sean Penn were honored with awards for Outstanding Direction and Best Supporting Actor, respectively, while Michael Bauman received the award for Best Cinematography.

Best Actor was awarded to Robert Aramayo, known for his role in "Game of Thrones," for his work in the biographical drama "I Curse," which also won the award for Best Casting.

Jessie Buckley received the award for Best Actress for her performance in the film "Hamnet: The Story that Inspired 'Hamlet'."

The documentary "Mr. Nobody vs. Putin," created by Pavel Talankin and David Borenstein, won the award for Best Documentary, showcasing changes in the Russian educational system following the onset of military actions in Ukraine, influenced by state propaganda.

Yorgos Lanthimos's film "Sentimental Value" was recognized as the Best Film in a Foreign Language, while Disney's "Zootopia 2" won in the animated film category. The award for Best Visual Effects was presented to "Avatar: Flame and Ash."
