According to the press service of the ministry, a key event of 2025 was the signing of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 31, which became the first comprehensive document establishing a legal framework for the digital ecosystem.
As a result of the work done in 2025:
- 191 services and applications were provided through the inter-agency electronic interaction system "Tündük," of which 141 were fully automated. The total number of transactions amounted to 2.4 billion;
- important digital services were implemented: the electronic OSAGO policy was launched, the mobile application "Tündük" introduced an electronic labor book and a digital certificate form 083/u, as well as the ability for self-restriction on lending;
- in accordance with the course towards debureaucratization, a ban on the request for paper certificates was introduced, online queues, QR payments, and digital diplomas were implemented;
- 33.7 million documents were registered in the electronic document management system "SED Infodoks," and the number of users reached 162,000;
- the reform of digital transformation management was implemented: "digital deputies" were introduced in all government agencies, and a personnel reserve was formed;
- more than a thousand civil servants underwent training under the digital literacy enhancement program, including regional training and the "Training of Trainers" program;
- national cyber exercises were conducted with the participation of 300 specialists.
