The commission included: Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, as well as deputies of the Bishkek City Council Talaybek Daiyrbekov and Zhanibek Asanbekov, serving as deputy chairman and secretary, respectively.
The purpose of the inspection is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the municipal enterprise's activities and to monitor compliance with legal requirements, as well as to improve the quality of services provided to the population and to assess the rational use of municipal property.
