In 2026, three new energy facilities are planned to be opened in the Talas region as part of reforms aimed at improving the quality and reliability of electricity supply, conducted by the Ministry of Energy.
According to information provided by the press service of JSC "NESC", financing for construction and reconstruction will be carried out using the company's own funds, and the Talas Electric Networks Enterprise will be the contractor for the work. The project includes the following elements:
1. The creation of a new production workshop for reinforced concrete products, which will make a significant contribution to the development of the energy and construction sectors of the region. This production facility will be equipped with modern equipment and technologies. This will also lead to the creation of new jobs, providing stable employment for the local population.
In the workshop, the production of reinforced concrete poles SV-105 and SV-110 will be organized, which will replace outdated structures in the area.
2. The construction of a new administrative building in the Aitmatov district.
It is planned to erect a one-story building with an area of 238 square meters, designed for 8 employees. The existing building, built in 1960, does not meet modern standards. The new facility, which will be built in 2026, will comply with all current safety and working conditions requirements, which will enhance management and service efficiency.
3. The reconstruction of the existing building of the Talas Electric Networks Enterprise, which houses the insulation and high-voltage overhead line services.
During the reconstruction, the technical condition of the building will be improved, and repairs will be carried out on the internal and external premises, as well as the engineering systems will be modernized.
According to the agency, construction work on all facilities will begin in March 2026, and commissioning is planned for October of the same year.
