The Prosecutor's Office of the Jumgal District successfully defended the rights of orphaned children to receive land plots for housing.

During the inspection of compliance with the Code on Children and other regulatory acts in the Chayek rural administration, it was revealed that four minors, who were left without parental care, did not receive the land plots they were entitled to, despite having reached the age of 16.

According to sources in the prosecutor's office, on February 5, 2026, a prosecutor's response act was sent to the Chayek rural administration.

As a result of the consideration of this act, the head of the Chayek rural administration signed several resolutions (No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 9 dated February 13, 2026), which ensured the allocation of land plots to orphaned children for individual housing construction.

Based on these decisions, on February 19, 2026, the Jumgal branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers prepared and issued cadastral plans for the plots to each of the four beneficiaries.

According to current legislation, orphaned children have the right to priority allocation of land plots for housing construction.
