This year, the slogan of the forum is "With Love from Paris." The forum will be dedicated to the creativity of the outstanding People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan, actor and artist Dogdurbek Kydyraliev, as well as to the renowned veteran of Kyrgyz cinema, film scholar, film critic, and educator Seyit Bokonbaev.
The forum's program includes two main directions: the main program "Umut" and the industry platform Umut Industry, which will take place at two venues — the Ch. Aitmatov Cinema House and the "Oloolo-Erkindik" coworking space.
The forum is organized with the support of the Department of Cinematography of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS member states.
