The project includes the construction of several business centers, residential complexes, social and infrastructure facilities, as well as areas for parking and recreation in Bishkek. The agreement with "RCA Living" was signed on October 14, 2024, and preliminarily approved by the order dated October 8, 2024, which takes into account additional conditions.
According to the resolution, all goods imported into Kyrgyzstan for the implementation of this project will be exempt from customs duties based on Article 41 of the Law "On Customs Regulation".
The document will come into effect in a week.
