Temporary restrictions on flights from Bishkek to Kuwait City came into effect on March 1, according to information provided by the airport's press service.

The reason for the cancellation of flights is the need to ensure safety in light of the current situation in Iran and changes in airline schedules.

Passengers whose flights have been canceled are advised to contact the airlines or the places where they purchased tickets for more detailed information on refunds or changing flight dates.

It should be noted that flights from Bishkek to cities such as Dubai, Sharjah, and Jeddah were also canceled earlier.

It has been reported that on the eve of February 28, there was an incident involving a drone at Kuwait International Airport, resulting in several workers being injured. Due to the deteriorating situation, Kuwait Airways has suspended all its flights.
