Representatives from the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, the presidential representative office in the Naryn region, as well as local administration leaders and business representatives attended the ceremony. Many local residents also gathered for this event.
Construction work began on July 10, 2025, and the ministry allocated 15 million soms for its implementation. The total area of the new building is 200 square meters.
In addition, high-precision GPS equipment and a laser printer worth a total of 600,000 soms were transferred to the At-Bashinsky department of urban planning and architecture, made possible through the support of the development fund.
