In this context, Deputy Gulai Mashrapova expressed concern about the quality of teaching this course, asking a number of questions about the current state of pre-conscription training, as well as the qualifications of teachers and the material and technical base.
Muluuzmanov noted that a working group had been formed to address these issues, which, together with the Ministry of Defense, developed a new program. The requirements for teacher qualifications and the arrangement of classrooms have also been revised. According to preliminary estimates, approximately 533,000 soms will be needed to equip classrooms in schools in Bishkek.
Deputy Minister of Education Nadira Jusupbekova added that the president's administration held an open discussion on the issues of teaching quality for this subject.
She noted that monitoring is currently being conducted, and some schools have teaching materials; however, they are mostly absent in others. By order of the president's administration, necessary measures were taken in conjunction with the Ministry of Defense, and funding calculations were sent to the Ministry of Finance.
