On November 5, 2025, the city hall of Osh published a sketch project of the building and announced the commencement of major repairs.

The building was transferred in 2025 from the balance of the State Property Fund to the balance of the city hall of Osh.
The exact amount allocated for the renovation has not been disclosed. However, according to unofficial sources, the funding amounts to approximately 190 million soms.
