The total area of the new housing amounted to 78.4 thousand square meters, which is 2.8% more compared to the same period in 2025. A total of 2 billion 485.9 million soms was invested in fixed capital for the implementation of projects for the construction of individual residential houses.
Bishkek became the leader in the number of houses built, with 190 facilities put into operation, covering a total area of 33.8 thousand square meters. Investments in the construction sector of the capital amounted to 1 billion 375.8 million soms.
The Chui region ranks second in the number of houses built, with 114 houses constructed covering a total area of 14.4 thousand square meters and investments of 288.3 million soms. In the Osh region, the construction of 79 houses with an area of 9.1 thousand square meters was completed, while in the Jalal-Abad region, 67 houses with an area of 8.6 thousand square meters were built.
In other regions of Kyrgyzstan, the construction figures are distributed as follows:
- Issyk-Kul region — 32 houses (4.2 thousand sq. m);
- Talas region — 29 houses (3.4 thousand sq. m);
- Batken region — 20 houses (2.1 thousand sq. m);
- Naryn region — 13 houses (1.5 thousand sq. m);
- City of Osh — 9 houses (1.3 thousand sq. m).
Some regions showed growth compared to January 2025. In particular, in Bishkek, the volume of commissioned areas increased by 54.9%, in the Osh region by 50.6%, and in the Chui region by 18.2%.
