On March 7, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdana Oruntaev, conducted an inspection of social infrastructure projects in Bishkek.
According to the ministry, he visited 12 construction sites in two districts of the capital and provided relevant instructions.
The minister expressed dissatisfaction with contractors who do not meet deadlines and demanded an acceleration of work pace, as well as an increase in the number of workers on construction sites, emphasizing the importance of quality in the execution of work.
Oktyabrsky District:
An additional educational building for 500 students at school No. 88 (Kok-Zhar microdistrict, Kok-Zhar St., 123/1).
A new school for 750 students in the Southern planning zone (Tokombaev St., 15/8a).
An additional building for 600 students at school No. 64 (8th microdistrict, 19/1).
A new school for 750 students in the "Oskon-Ordo" residential area.
An additional building for 750 students at school No. 91 (Kara-Jyjach microdistrict, Oberon St., 18/1).
A new school for 750 students in the village of Kok-Zhar (Alapaev St., 1/1).
Leninsky District:
An additional building for 380 students at school No. 42 (Alykulov St., 1).
A separate educational building for 750 students for school No. 84 in the village of Kashka-Bash.
A new school for 750 students in the "Ak-Ordo" residential area (Tenir-Tuu St., 1).
An additional building for 1200 students at school No. 55 (Gagarin St., 166).
An additional building for 750 students at school No. 72 (Jal microdistrict, 23).
An additional building for 1200 students at school No. 79 (Archa-Beshik microdistrict, Er-Taylak St., 75).
It should be noted that according to the directive of President Sadyr Japarov, 20 new schools are planned to be built in Bishkek by 2026. Currently, work is underway in the following districts:
Oktyabrsky District — 6 projects;
Leninsky District — 6 projects;
First May District — 5 projects;
Sverdlovsky District — 3 projects.
Funding for construction is provided from the republican budget and is under strict control of the ministry.
