Construction of a new building for school No. 91 has begun in the residential area "Kara-Zhyach"

In the Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek, construction has begun on a new building for secondary school No. 91 in the residential area of "Kara-Jyach." This information was announced by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the ministry, this project is being implemented on the initiative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, who emphasized the need to expand educational institutions in the capital.

On January 31, Minister Nurdin Oruntaev checked the progress of the project preparation and familiarized himself with the site of the future construction. During his visit, he reviewed the project documentation and provided instructions to the responsible staff of the relevant departments. The new building of school No. 91 will be among the 20 educational institutions planned to be built in Bishkek by 2026.

These initiatives aim to reduce the burden on existing educational institutions and create more comfortable conditions for students in the capital. The project is financed from the republican budget.

It should be noted that in 2026, the construction of 20 new schools in Bishkek is planned in accordance with the directive of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. This project is part of a state program aimed at developing social infrastructure and addressing the issue of overcrowding in educational institutions.
