Acid rains from Iran may reach Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan

Experts warn about the consequences of attacks on oil storage facilities

Experts report the risk of acid rains that could spread from Iran to Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. According to their data, such precipitation has already been observed in Tehran.

As a result of attacks targeting oil storage facilities near Tehran, the sky was shrouded in black smoke clouds, and the rain that fell on the night of March 8 turned out to be acidic and contained traces of oil combustion products. This information was provided by ISNA, citing data from the Red Crescent. Local medical workers have already urged residents to stay indoors during the rain.

Additionally, a nuclear facility in Isfahan has also been damaged. This warning was published by Iran's National Center for Nuclear Security.
